Artists, want to help out the Laramie County Library?

We received the following letter  from the Laramie County Library asking for your help this August!  Please consider helping if you have some spare time.  You may contact Laurel at her address below.

Hi,
My name is Laurel Shelley-Reuss and I’m working on finding local artists for sidewalk art demonstrations on Saturday, August 17th in conjunction with the 17th Street Art Festival.  The library traditionally holds a sidewalk art contest in August, and this year we’re partnering with the festival and I’m looking for artists who would be willing to spend a few hours (from 9am to Noon) that Saturday morning having a little fun and doing some sidewalk art that will encourage our visitors and patrons to participate!  If the Artist’s Guild has any members who would be interested in doing something fun for the community, please pass this email onto them.
I know that some of your members may already be involved in the festival, but if you’d like to come and create some awesome chalk art for the library, please let me know!  You don’t have to have experience, just be willing to have fun.  We’ll provide snacks, water and chalk for all of our artists.
 Sincerely,
Laurel Shelley-Reuss
