Dear Members of the Cheyenne Artists Guild,
Here's a wonderful opportunity to display your artwork at the
Chugwater Chili Cook-Off!
Date: Saturday, June 16th.
Hours of the art show: 10 am to 4 pm
Please let us know ASAP if you will be exhibiting that day so we can plan the space. Available space will depend on the number of exhibitors, and will be allotted on a first come first serve basis.
Tables and chairs will be available. Please notify us in advance if you need a table so we can be sure it's reserved for you and set up for you that day.
We put the Art Show on our website and included a location map to show that the Community Center Building is across from the park where the Cook-Off is being held... and throughout the day, the entertainment emcee will periodically draw attention to the art show across the street. We will have signs around, too. We'll be advertising on radio and TV, newspapers, flyers, and other means. Check out our new WEBSITE and page on FACEBOOK.
Artists are responsible for watching their own artwork and for handling their own sales, etc. We want you to be pleased with your exhibiting experience with us, so please don't hesitate to offer suggestions or ask any questions!
