October 11th from 5-8 Prairie Wind will be hosting Cheyenne Artist Guild Member, artist and enameler, Win Ratz. Win is a mixed-media artist who has been practicing the art of enameling for many years. She will be offering insights into the fascinating world of enameling  and providing an opportunity for the public to make a small piece for themselves.
